This tale is about a little girl named Emily who resided in the picturesque town of Clearwater, where the noise of waves joined with giggling children upon the shore. The girl, who was called Emily, was sixteen years old. She had blue eyes, like the sea after a storm, and blonde curly hair that burned in the sun. The routines of small-town life occupied her days: traveling to school, helping her mother at the homey restaurant they ran, and dreaming of more exotic locales that would seem so familiar, given the various books she read.
The neighbors, who lived in the house immediately to our right, were replaced by a new family in the summer. Emily and her son Jack are the same age, so they are of a similar age as the boy, their son. Jack loomed over them with his green eyes fixed on the students, smiling wickedly beneath the mop of dark hair on his head. He was adventurous, always finding new corners in Clearwater.
On one day, Emily decided to spend her time on the seashore, drawing the waves, and thus she saw Jack. It was not even cooperating with him by blowing the kite into the sky. At last, the kite struggled free and came plummeting down to the sand right beside where Emily was sitting. She was unable to suppress her laughter every time he looked tense and frustrated.
In the summer, a new family moved into the house next to the family in question. When they got married, they were still of the same age, and their son was also as old as Emily and Jack. Specs of green lights adorned the young man’s face as he wore a mischievous smile and a mop of hair on his head. He was also boldly adventurous and keenly exploring the unturned aspect of Clearwater.
One afternoon, while Emily was drawing on the seashore, she saw her friend Jack near the beach. He said the weather was also an issue, especially the wind, which was not friendly enough to enable him to fly the kite. Finally, the kite stopped flying, and the operator let it fall into the sand just beside Emily, where she was seated. Of course, she could not help but giggle at the frustrated look her companion had on him.
“Would you like some assistance?” “What do you think about these policies?” “Ever thought of people actually using them for their benefits?”
This was done mostly out of gratitude, but Jack also felt a little awkward. It seems that I struggle to get this thing to start working. Can one teach someone to fly a kite?
Accepting his instruction, Emily relocated to his proximity. They got into throwing the bait in the water, and after catching the fish with the bait brought up in the sky by the kite, a relationship was formed. They conversed and discussed their practices and future aspirations for the rest of the afternoon.
Days turned into weeks, and what was Emily and what was Jack were no longer clearly defined at all. They walked for hours on bicycles, went sight-seeing around the town, and spent more time watching the sunset by the shoreline. Emily always looked forward to the time she was able to spend with Jack, and a smile from him was great value.
Jack decided to go straight to Emily one evening, as they spent their evenings sitting in a beach chair and gazing at the stars.
He began gently, “Emily, there is a message which I would like to convey. ”
Upon having a look at Jessie, Emily quickly realized that her heartbeat had accelerated. "Jack, what is it?"
He said it softly, his cheeks painted pink in the night, “I think I’m falling for you. ” “You’re the most amazing person I have ever known and no matter what, even when we are apart, I keep thinking about you. ”
It was the most beautiful thing that Emily had felt in a long time because she felt an instant and boundless connection with Joe. Notwithstanding the fact that she had never had such an experience, she had a feeling in her heart that she did have a similar feeling.
With that, she whispered, “I guess... I’m falling for you, too, Jack. ”
Jack's expression became happy. He then grabbed her hand gently and guided her to a favorable position seated on the sand in the calm and peaceful environment, with the only noise arising from the crashing of the waves into the coastline.
Emily and Jack, one day, came to the conclusion that, with the arrival of autumn, they were going to spend very little time with each other. While Jack realized that his family would be planning for the next trip soon, they agreed to invest in communication. On their last night together, they said silent goodnight to their passion and their young love, and with a long human kiss, they lay apart.
Finally, as she saw Jack’s car moving in the distance, Emily, although full of hope, was also filled with sorrow. She did not regret the fact that their initial interest in each other was not long-term but she fully realized that it was a special one and therefore special to her. She also felt a certain kind of relief every time she listened to the waves crashing on the shore as she felt the wind ruffling her hair while at the beach. She had experienced her first love, and the castles she built had taken only a summer to build, though it had taken that long to fall in love and get hurt badly.
